We watched Fosse/Verdon, but what is there to discuss besides how tired we are of Great Geniuses who must be tolerated because they are geniuses? So instead, Becky has a LOT of opinions on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and Rachel discusses how much she loved Detective Pikachu. Pika pika!

No one is more surprised than we are that we LOVED Bumblebee! That’s right, it’s a Transformers movie, but it’s also a surprisingly charming, touching YA novel about a girl and her shitty car-slash-adorable robot friend. Recommended (or at least discussed)

Watching Shrill on Hulu made us get just a little bit shrill ourselves, to be honest. There were things we liked a lot and felt a good connection to but also… there were other parts. Recommendations: We Set the Dark on Fire by Tehlor Kay Mejia Yoshi’s Crafted World

Not an April Fool’s joke, we have finally moved, unpacked our robot friend Squeaks, and recorded a new episode! We watched a Netflix documentary about Canadian cat shows, and it was a nice way to ease back in to the weirdness of the internet. We finally got around to Solo: A Star Wars Story and hoo boy! We have a lot of feelings! We love Star Wars, and we love Han Solo, but we do not love prequels, and we did not love this movie. It could have been a romp! Instead it is a *womp womp* noise.

We loved this show so darned much we watched all four seasons before we recorded, and that’s why it’s a little late. Whoops! Becky is so excited that she would like to discuss everything that happened in every episode, and Rachel has her very hottest take ever.
