"Racing Ahead To Meet Suffering" is a Dharma talk and guided meditation about the habit so many of us fall into of racing ahead to meet pain that hasn’t even happened yet. I was inspired by a TikTok from Dr. Emily Anhalt, where she shares the best advice she’s ever received which lines up perfectly with the Buddha’s teachings.
