ASIC Deputy Chair Sarah Court joined Sofie Formica to talk about the lawsuit against RACQ for allegedly misleading customers with inaccurate price comparisons on over half a million insurance renewal documents.

Court explained that RACQ's "last period premium" figures were allegedly inflated, leading customers to believe their premium increase was minimal when in fact it was significantly higher.
