The best way to lead is by example. Our word are empty if our actions don't back them up. Sometimes are actions don't make sense to others and if we want them to join us in God's work then we have to be able to cast a vision with clarity and be ready to encourage team members along the way.

There are times we get so caught up in the good work that God is doing in our home-church and community that we tend to loose sight of the God's work around the World. We should remember that the Christ's family is a global family. Each of family member has been called by God to serve in a very specific way through their gifts and skills.

The Christian faith is not just about what happens to us in the after-life but what we do in this life, specifically how we love our neighbors.
