In this Radiant Reflections episode, I’m taking you with me on my recent adventure through Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan—my 50th country! What started as a challenging hiking trip in the rugged mountains of Central Asia turned into one of the most transformative experiences of my life.

Between the yurts, the high passes, and long quiet days in nature, I was finally forced to slow down, listen, and face what I’d been avoiding. I share openly about the emotions that surfaced, my continued healing after infertility, and what it means to rediscover who I truly am—outside of survival mode, people-pleasing, and old stories.

This is an episode about radical authenticity, self-acceptance, and remembering that sometimes we have to travel to the edge of the world to remember who we were all along. 🌍
