How should a Pastor handle the Funeral of a suicide? What do you say to those left behind? Although he did not officiate, Pastor Gary attended a funeral for someone who had taken his own life, and found how the Pastor at that funeral handled it. Pastor Gary has some insights on this edition of RGR.

God calls Jonah to go this way, but instead Jonah goes that way. But even when Jonah goes the wrong way it still winds up being a blessing. In fact, it was a blessing to the sailors when he physically went the wrong way, but also a blessing to Nineveh when he went the wrong way spiritually.

What do Climate Change Scientists and most Christian Scholars have in common? Their interpretation of the data they work with is driven by an agenda of one sort or another. But since Florida Flash And Flicker (also known as FPL) had my power off for some time I was unable to work my own agenda to get the news roll done. Shame on me, I think.

ISIS wants to kill more hostages, and maybe the terrorists want to destroy the Vatican, while a Baptist Pastor sucker punches a kid for the purpose of "Saving his Soul". Thankfully God hears us even without the Sucker Punch, as Pastor Gary explains.

This verse from Psalm 23, "thou preparest a table for me in the presence of mine enemies", comes to life in this news roll story of the Iraqi town of Telskuf, just 20 miles from Mosul, a stronghold of ISIS. Mass was held in the Saint Georges Chaldean church in spite of the fact that the town is surrounded by Isis militants. That's a powerful, true story that Christians everywhere could share. Also, a preview of Advent, and the Pope raffles a Fiat!
