You know the phrase ‘you cannot pour from an empty cup’?  

This week's guest Jen O'Brien talks about how she fills up her cup, is a better mother, partner, friend and creative human when she makes the time for her music and honest self-care time (which for Jen involves more mud than it does bubble baths!)

We chat about finding the right support around you, using the seasons as an energetic guide, how ALL of your passions can feed into each other (hands up my multi-artists out there!) as well as owning your identity as a musician, songwriter, composer, artist or whatever the f*** you want really! 

It’s a reminder to accept, to stay rooted to the here and now and why self-awareness is becoming more and more important in a noisy, unfair and painful world. 

BUT there is a way we can stay connected to what is real.  To what is true.  To what matters.  

Music.
