The Portfolio Committee on Labour says it finds it unacceptable that the National Development Labour and Economic Council (Nedlac) did not provide all the documentation to investigate the forensic report on alleged fraud at Nedlac. The report allegedly implicates Herbert Mkhize, former executive director of Nedlac, now an advisor to Labour Minister Mildred Oliphant, in irregular expenses of over 1-million rand.
