South African sculptor, poet and writer Professor Pitika Ntuli is shining the light of African heritage and culture with this his exhibition titled “Azibuyele Emasisweni.” The title loosely translates to “Return to the Source.” The exhibition is currently showing at the Durban Art Gallery until January 2024. Prof Ntuli joins us on the line.

The Pan South African Language Board has clarified that there is no spelling errors on the new notes issued last week by the South African Reserve Bank. The Xitsonga community noted that the wording on the previous R100 read “Bangi-Nkulu” and on the new R100 note, it reads “Bangikulu”. We now speak to Lance Craig Schultz, CEO at PanSALB.
