First Thing is First |  Most tertiary institutions are re-opening this month.  Research shows that an estimated 75% of undergrad students switch programs or majors at least once before graduation. On top of that, most students  make the change before the start of their second year. With around 36% of graduates having regrets about their field of study after completing their degree. The City of Tshwane continues with its #TshwaneYaTima
campaign where they go door-to-door to collect unpaid bills. Today
the Gautrain Station in Hatfield had its services cut off by the city for
nonpayment of its municipal account. Big corporates, residential
customers and even government departments have had their
services cut off due to their failure to settle utility bills. We now speak
to Selby Bokaba, City of Tshwane spokesperson.

• Black and coloured pupils at the school told Lesufi that they feel racially targeted at the school.
