INTERVIEW: We remember Eddie Makhosonke Zondi who passed away on this day 6 years ago.
He was 47.
Eddie was a South African radio personality and was known for his Sunday afternoon show The Romantic Repertoire on Metro FM as well as his well-received Sunday Soul sessions.

He released two well-received compilations albums in his career. We now speak to Sentle Lehoko, the current host of the Romantic Repertoire.

As we remember the 44th anniversary of June 16th 1976 today, we reflect on the dangers of diluting the message behind this historical day and caution against telling events of the day from a single narrative…to help us reflect on events of the day, we spoke to Seth Mazibuko, Former Robben Island prisoner and June 16 student uprisings leader.

South Africa said last month that it plans to expand nuclear capacity within the next five years. The country currently has a single nuclear plant. We spoke to Zizamele Mbambo, Deputy Director General responsible for Nuclear Energy in the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy.
