Government says it will study the Pretoria High Court's judgement before deciding on a course of action. The court yesterday set aside Pretoria's decision taken in October last year to withdraw from the international criminal court on the grounds that the move was invalid and unconstitutional. The application to set aside the decision was brought by the Democratic Alliance. The party argued that Justice Minister, Mike Masutha, unlawfully bypassed Parliament when he made the decision and therefore did not act in line with the Constitution.
