I’ve started a series called #FoodocracyIndia which is aimed at giving a shoutout to eateries across India that we love. I use Instagram lives to make it an audio video podcast and have now figured out using google how to convert into an audio podcast. This is the first that I did. It’s on Prakash, a heritage Maharashtrian eatery in Dadar, Mumbai. The series is about food memories and personal narratives and I hope you join me on the ride. Food walks have become an increasingly popular way of discovering a place through its food. A global phenomenon that has slowly made its way to India too.
