I have recently discovered I have autistic brain-wiring -- find out how I figured-out the mystery! My experience is not intended to be reflective of all autistic people, because not every autist has all the traits. This program is not intended to diagnose any illness, physical or mental. If you detect uncanny parallels as you're listening, please consult with your own medical or mental health practitioner.
This program is also simulcast on YouTube, in 6 video episodes.
Fair-Use atmospheric musical credits for this program are: “Stag of Seven Tines,” music by Rosanna Tufts, lyrics by Robert Graves; “Songs from the Wood” by Jethro Tull, music and lyrics by Ian Anderson and Dee Palmer; “People Are Strange” by the Doors, music and lyrics by Jim Morrison and Ray Manzarek; my own parody of “Agatha All Along” from WandaVision, original music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez;“Mother Who Bore Me” from Spring Awakening, music and lyrics by Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater; and “The Girl I Mean to Be” from The Secret Garden, music and lyrics by Lucy Simon and Marsha Norman.
On the anniversary of my mother's death, I discuss a family crisis involving one of my sisters, that both she and Dad handled SO badly, that the consequences of it are still unhealed, 50 years later -- and what I have been doing, ritually, to heal my family's ancestral karma. How did my mother's impossibly high expectations for being a member of the upper class, set up all four of the children for disaster? The abortion debate was a factor .... When someone asked me "what's the difference between Fascism and Antifa?" I got busy. I take you through: How did Fascism get its start, why it should have been crushed in 1945, and how it has become a clear and present danger again. What does it mean to be against everything it represents -- to be "antifa?" Is Socialism really the antidote to Fascism, or do we need to become .... "Equitarians" instead? I propose that minority groups are the wrong scapegoat for white heterosexual men -- rather, taking-on the Captains of Industry and getting good at Labor Relations again, is key to reclaiming their lost sense of strength.
