With an entirely new game mode introduced, a lot of us are taking a second look at some characters that had been gathering dust on our rosters for months.  Enter First Order TIE Pilot.  Once a Meta Attacker, this flyboy has been gathering dust on more than a few rosters since the introduction of protection.  We look at this unlikely hero as well as compare Fleet Commanders and talk about how each one works ideally.  Let us help you shape up your fleet!

We’re thrilled to introduce MOD CARDS, our latest project aimed at helping players quickly identify the path to properly modding their characters.  This week: FOTP, Resistance Pilot, and Plo Koon with more to come!  Head on over to our site to download them today!

Rogue One tickets are now available!  We talk about the mad rush to get tickets (or lack thereof), Daenerys Stormborn, and of course The Grand Moff Himself: Tarkin.  Plus, catch a double dose of Star Wars Rebels as we tackle both Iron Squadron and Wynkahthu Job this week.

Ladies and Gentlemen: Ships

After being teased for months, Ships have officially launched in Galaxy of Heroes and we couldn’t be happier.  With little more than a day of playtime under our belts, we felt it unwise to speculate too deeply on which ships will end up being best, but rather give our first impressions and a few predictions.  We also talk about some of the new abilities available with the new zeta ability materials and cover some reworked characters and abilities.  Paging Mr. Fett?

Chirrut Îmwe and Baze Malbus are the latest characters to join Galaxy of Heroes, and we’ve got an analysis to help get you ready for this insanely good duo. Plus, we look at the recent changes to Chromium Data Cards, and two new tags that showed up this week: Bounty Hunters and Republic. What does it all mean?

After going to a symphony that centered around Richard Strauss as well as John Williams, Sean shares what he’s learned about the two composers, and check out his interview with Anne Harrigan, music director of the Battle Creek Symphony Orchestra!  Plus: the week’s news, and we introduce the newest member of the RFT team!

It was a light news week, the meta hasn’t changed, and we’re still whittling away at our second AAT raid.  But did that stop us from running our traps?  Nope.  We look at ships a bit, daydreaming on what ships we want to see and what new crew members we want most, then give a bit of speculation as to who’s worth farming.

While Rogue One continues to dominate the headlines, Star Wars Rebels is giving us a look at Mandalore and Concord Dawn, one of the pockets of the galaxy that has the most story potential for fans hungry for details on one of the most beloved worlds of the Legends universe. We talk about Gar Saxon, Fenn Ray, and what it means to be a Mandalorian during these strange days. Also, will John add “Is Bag of Cheese” to his LinkedIn profile? Find out in the latest episode of Radio Free Tatooine!

Sean and John disagree on a lot of things.  One of them is the pronunciation of Bistan.  In this episode, we talk about some interesting Tank Takedown strategies, Fleet Commanders, and some fun events coming this weekend.

Four years have passed since Disney acquired Lucasfilm, so what have they accomplished?  Did Star Wars ever really get Disney-fied?  Was it wise to pull the plug on as many projects as they did or did it hurt continuity?  We talk about all this as well as all the week’s news in the latest Radio Free Tatooine.

It’s hard.  It’s really, really hard.  John’s out this week, but Sean and (a different) Jon cover the new raid that has everyone talking.  Can it be beaten?  What teams are best against each phase?  Is it nerf-worthy?  All this and more in this week’s Galactic War Report!
