Rock sits down with former boxing champion turned successful jeweler, “Diamond” David Santos. Diamond Dave started selling diamonds while he was boxing and tells the reality of how little some pro boxers make and how he feels YouTubers Logan and Jake Paul are not good for the sport of boxing.

Rock disagrees with Dave and feels the Paul brothers are bringing in new fans to boxing and predicts there is no way Logan Paul will beat Floyd Mayweather.

Also, Rock talks about how great it was to be outside at an NFL Draft Watch Party and feels it’s too late for Tim Tebow to make it back in the NFL as a tight end and more!

• First, you must get those distractions under control. Don’t multitask!

• No Cramming! It’s easier to remember if you spread smaller chunks of information across a longer period of time

• A good brain diet, exercise, and adequate sleep is important to you

• Mnemonics can help you remember certain facts or information. They can come in the form of a song, rhyme, acronym, image, phrase, or sentence. Mnemonics help us remember facts and are particularly useful when the order of things is important.

• Rest periods are important when studying and trying to remember large amounts of information – take a shower, walk, or mediation will help give your brain a break so you can recall the information when needed.

• Take notes! Writing down other details and also making charts, pictures, etc with help job your memory.

Tracy Guida built her Instagram account of almost 18,000 followers since the summer of 2017. Sadly, she fell victim to a big trend that is going on with scammers and hackers who are impersonating accounts and getting large accounts disabled. Within the blink of an eye, four years of hard work were gone. Instagram disabled her account claiming that she had impersonated someone went in fact she was the one who was impersonated. She talks about this entire situation and what she is doing to try to get her account back. This is sadly a huge problem in the social media world right now.
