  • Dark To Light: It’s Stimulus Time!
It is Wednesday so we talk about the new stimulus bill, go over a few of the things in the last iteration that weren’t mentioned, and we turn our sights to the criminal media, a media responsible for sharing dangerous disinformation about a couple (we are wondering if it is even real at this point) who drank aquarium chemicals that contained a variant of the drug, cloroquine, that is helping many across the globe to make it through coronavirus.
Then, we talk about the governor of Nevada blocking docs from prescribing it, Joe Biden, the future of our elections, and we end with something really quite entertaining that is NSFW and NSFK (Not safe for kids).
Chin up! We will make it to the other side.

  • Krush Performance: Staying Sharp During The Shutdown
Sport has been shut down top to bottom. Frustrated, sad, even mad….it’s okay. We get it. We are right there with you but if you frame this whole thing up properly, what we really have here is a great opportunity. Very much like when our athletes get injured, it is an opportunity to work on things that we might not work on if we were going about our business as usual.
We talk with Kelly Hodgson from United Sport & Cycle about some of the things that you can do in small spaces as we tuck ourselves away in self-isolation.
Also, it’s still spring and with spring comes baseball. Even though baseball is shut down, we talk player and athlete development, maximizing performance, and reducing your risk of injuries with Krush Favorite Jamie Reed, Senior Director Medical Operations for the Texas Rangers.
This is a conversation with implications that go well beyond baseball. Player safety, longevity, and performance is what it is all about and it’s a long game.

This week on Sitting Ringside, it’s a bit of a different show as David Penzer is joined by Radio Influence’s Jerry Petuck, who spent nearly 20 years in sports radio in the Tampa Bay area, to discuss what’s gone on surrounding the changes with Wrestlemania and some of what went on behind the scenes as to how things played out. They throw out some ideas as to how the WWE could vastly improve their odds of a successful Wrestlemania by pretaping the entire event and getting creative with it.
The guys discuss some creative and production ideas that could be done to improve the current product that, for the foreseeable future, will be produced without a live audience. They also discuss the debut of Brodie Lee and Matt Hardy in AEW and how much of a hand Matt Hardy may have had creatively with the incredible Lance Archer vignette on last week’s AEW Dynamite.
