Police minister Bheki Cele’s spokesperson Lirandzu Themba says although the country has moved to level one of the COVID-19 lockdown, the threat of the Coronavirus pandemic is still viable and prevalent and people should become complacent.

Themba was speaking to Radio Islam on Wednesday following Cele’s address at a media briefing in Pretoria on law enforcement under level one lockdown.
