The world around us often has little time for God. How, then, might one reach our distracted brothers and sisters? I propose that it begins with friendship. They must know how much we care before they will care how much we know. Next, we might propose to them that they ask God a simple, but sincere question: God, if you are real, show me, because I’ve got to know! This is the beginning of any relationship – wanting to know another. With this openness of heart, we might then explore with them a companion question: Is Jesus necessary to our lives and to eternal life? Let’s consider these questions here.
