Paul Carnell from Deakin University talks about recent efforts to reduce excessive numbers of sea urchins in Port Phillip Bay, including why this has been a problem, his group's approach, and what they expect to come out of their efforts. Then we welcome Ross Holmberg from Phillip Island Nature Park to tell us about the brand new 'Seal Spotter Portal', where you can join researchers in efforts to understand more about the dynamics of our magnificent seals in colonies along the Victorian coastline. Terri gives us the lowdown on diving in the Philippines and an update on the Spider Crabs of Port Phillip Bay. And we talk about the biggest wave ever recorded in the Southern Hemisphere - once again, the Kiwis show us how it's done!
