Frank in Colorado gave us a 'ski report' on top of letting us know one of his recent FOIA requests was turned down. Analyzing why and how to re-request more accurately.

New student Devon came on immediately after the start of the show. He asked quesitons about his company, a LLC, and his tax obligations. Took most of the 1st hour.

A discussion of CDL (commercial driver's license) and traveling v driving commenced.

Good discussion on topoics & issues of interest.

Structure of Court System; Precident v Persuasive, Fred's Patriot Info Comments, Daryl's Observations

1st & 2nd Hours

Initially went over the working structure of the federal/state court systems. Particularly to explain the terms "Precident" v "Persuasive" decisions and how those concepts are applied.

New listener/student Fred injected info from other Patriot legal researchers. I attempted to explain to him, being new to our info, how that koes not apply and why those approaches have not worked for the entire time I have been involved in this timeless battle.

Daryl came on with some of his insights from his 8 years of being associatged with our approach and information.

Kicked off speaking with Ron about when he lived in Germany. That led to comments on my experience on a visit some years ago.

Justice John Harlan, "The Great Dissenter" was discussed as well as his dissent decisions on US v Wong Kim Ark as well as reading his dissent in Downes v Bidwell.

Voter registration as a 'elector' and it's importance.

Touched on Adam's Trust situation as well as property taxes.

Walter Burien and CAFR's were also discussed.

Unfortunately we had several technical SNAFU's today. One on being able to connect to the server that had us starting late. The other with the connection w/Brent that gave us 'clipping' mostly through the entire program.

Ken asked about the dates when Revelation was actually written.

Dan's iTera Testimony, Alex Jones Court Decision, General Discussion

1st & 2nd Hours

Dan from Missouri wanted to tell us about his neighbor's chain saw accident and using the iTera Wand on his injury. Very impressive story.

Yesterday's court decision in the Alex Jones "Sandy Hook" trial gives me great hope for our message and the future. Subject discussed. We ALL need to support Alex's fight. It very well may have dramatic implications for us in the near future in this fight for the future of the world.
