Prince Kenneth of Branvale is accused of murdering his fiancée, Princess Alayna of Sherilond. Hunted by guards, he attempts to flee back to his own land, but his pursuers, led by Captain Marie, are hot on his trail. Kenneth and his man, Sir Gregory, flee into the dark and mysterious "ill-fated forest". Can Kenneth, Gregory and Marie work together to find a way out... or will they, like so many before them, never be heard from again?
