Comuna Brusturoasa se află în nord-vestul județului Bacău, la limita cu județul Neamț, în zona de munte pe valea Trotușului, așezată pe cursul superior al acestuia, între munții Ciucului și munții Tarcăului.

Relatare din satul Camenca, Brusturoasa, județul Bacău.

La Brusturoasa, am ajuns în ziua de 23 decembrie 2025, chiar înaintea Ajunului Crăciunului.

Comuna este formată din satele Brusturoasa, centrul administrativ, Buruieniș, Buruienișu de Sus, Camenca, Cuchiniș și Hângănești.

Poposim acasă la familia Coman din satul Camenca, sat component al comunei Brusturoasa, mai exact în incinta Muzeului Etnografic.

Doamna Rodica Coman, căreia îi mulțumim, pentru că și-a deschis inima și sufletul, ne prezintă, cu pasiune în glas, cu o emoție aparte, zestrea de obiecte etnografice pe care o are în muzeul Familiei, zestre în care este prezentă pâlpâierea sufletelor străbunilor.
