United States Congressman Tom Emmer joined WXAN to talk about his harrowing experience at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. Cole Allen, 31, was arrested after attempting to enter the ballroom with multiple weapons and shooting a member of the Secret Service. Congressman Emmer was seated on stage with the President and had to be rushed to safety. He talks about this and the rise of political violence in America.

Andrew Cooksey, a concert promoter, joined WXAN to talk about his upcoming concert on Saturday May the 9th at the Oasis Community Church of the Nazarene in Harrisburg Illinois. The concert will feature the Tribute Quartet. It is a free concert, a love offering will be received.
