Welcome to another great episode of Two Guys in a Balcony with Brian and Dan on RadioAFS.com. This week we will be joined by Officer Tim Davis, a 20+ year veteran, of the Richmond, Indiana Police Department and retired Commander of the S.W.A.T. team as we talk about the 2003 action/adventure crime movie S.W.A.T. Directed by Clark Johnson and staring Samuel L. Jackson, Colin Farrell, Michelle Rodriguez, LL Cool J, and Jeremy Renner. 

Based off of a one time T.V. show, two Los Angeles S.W.A.T. officers Jim Street and Brian Gamble were sent in to foil an extremely violent bank robbery. Although they thwarted the robbery, they shot a hostage in the process. Street was suspended from S.W.A.T. while Gamble was fired altogether. After 6 months, a veteran S.W.A.T. officer, Daniel Harrelson or "Hondo", is told to assemble a S.W.A.T. team for his division. He chooses other S.W.A.T. officers as well as 3 rookies. However, after they pass the S.W.A.T. training, they receive a message that a French crime boss, known as Alex Montell is trying to escape from prison. This will not be easy to prevent, especially after Montell promises $100 Million to his rescuers.

Tune in as we talk about the movie and get a real life perspective from a trained S.W.A.T. team member and the difference between real life and Hollywood theatrics. This is a show that you won't want to miss.

As if the NFL hasn't had enough of a nightmare season, now there is a simmering feud between beleaguered NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.  How does this feud affect the rest of the league?  How does this sudden in-fighting amongst league management affect them in their upcoming negotiations with the NFL Players' Association about the collective bargaining agreement?   We'll discuss it all. 

Speaking of the NFL, are the Los Angeles Rams now the best team in the league?  Who can possibly challenge them for the NFC West title now that the Seattle Seahawks are banged up?  We'll examine that as well as look back on week 10 of the  NFL then preview week 11, including the Rams-Minnesota Vikings showdown, which will pit former Rams starting quarterback, Case Keenum, going up against the very quarterback who was drafted to replace him in Jared Goff. 

In the NBA, Lonzo Ball is currently struggling.  But, the Los Angeles Lakers are better off with him in the long run than superstar point guards like Russell Westbrook or James Harden.. We'll explain.  

We'll examine if the Florida Marlins are making the right move trying to trade 2017 National League MVP Giancarlo Stanton or not.  

In college football, we'll discuss why Oklahoma University quarterback, Baker Mayfield, doesn't deserve the Heisman trophy at all regardless of how good he's been on the field this season.

The guys will discuss the latest playoff rankings and try to make sense of what the committee is saying with their rankings and discuss the paths to the playoff for all the teams involved.

The guys will preview games for this Saturday that are important to the playoff race with analysis and predictions.
