Welcome back to another great episode with Brian & Dan. Join us this Sunday, July 2, 2017 as celebrate and talk about our Nation's independence. We are going to be talking about action packed thrillers where humanity sets aside their differences and for its freedom. Filled with an amazing cast of highly talented actors these action films are sure to get you excited. Problems arise on July 2nd when communications systems and technology around the world are sent into chaos by a strange atmospheric interference caused by a mysterious alien species on their way for an invasion to consume Earth's natural resources and destroy the planet. Destroying all the major cities around the world, now the human race must come together and devise a plan to fight back and save the world.

20 years later as the anniversary of their independence from an alien invasion, strange things start happening. People that have had contact with the alien ships are starting to act weird and drawing odd symbols. This is only the beginning of what is shaping up to be another invasion. Are they back for retalliation or is this a different species? Will the technological advances made by the alien technology be enough to fight back and survive another invasion?

This week we will be discussing Marlyn Manson. The controversy, his songs as well as lyrics.

The Beating Drum is the Premier Native American radio show in America that is preserving positive Native American imagery in sports and mainstream, as Many communities across the country have been targeted by groups like Not Your Mascots, NAACP and may others to change the names and icons of their beloved sports teams, by falsely claiming these names and images are racist and derogatory towards Native Americans.

It’s time we bring the fight to these groups, and help communities by educating them to the truth, as well as dispel the misinformation being presented to them. We can’t do this alone, so we are reaching out for your help. Call in and let your voice be heard. Educate, not eradicate! #NeverBackDown
