  • Carrie Fisher Tribute
Jesse Starcher, Mark Radulich and Ronnie Adams discuss the life and career of Carrie Fisher. They discuss the troubles of being a child born into celebrity, Carrie's work with mental illness awareness, and the impact her character from Star Wars, Princess Leia, had on female roles.

Carrie Frances Fisher (October 21, 1956 – December 27, 2016) was an American actress and writer. She was best known for playing Princess Leia in the original Star Wars films (1977–1983). She reprised the role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015), The Last Jedi (2017) — a posthumous release that was dedicated to her — and appeared in The Rise of Skywalker (2019), through the use of unreleased footage from The Force Awakens.

After finishing the European leg of her book tour (her last TV appearance was on an episode of 8 Out of 10 Cats in the UK, broadcast December 21, 2016), Fisher was on a commercial flight on December 23, 2016, from London to Los Angeles when she had a medical emergency around fifteen minutes before the aircraft landed.[130][a] A passenger seated near Fisher reported that she had stopped breathing; another passenger performed CPR on Fisher until paramedics arrived at the scene. Emergency services in Los Angeles were contacted when the flight crew reported a passenger unresponsive prior to landing. Fisher was taken by ambulance to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, where she was placed on a ventilator.

On the morning of December 27, 2016, after being in intensive care for four days, Fisher died at the age of 60 at the UCLA Medical Center. Fisher's daughter, Billie Lourd, confirmed her mother's death in a statement to the press. Many of her co-stars and directors from Star Wars and other works also shared their thoughts on her death.

  • History of Boxing: The Barrera versus Morales Trilogy
Pat Mullin and Mark Radulich look at all the great fights in boxing history. This time they are presenting The Barrera versus Morales Trilogy Review.

The Barrera versus Morales trilogy is one of boxing's most famous fight trilogies, involving two of Mexico's most revered boxers, Marco Antonio Barrera (nicknamed "The Baby Faced Assassin") and Erik "El Terrible" Morales.

Barrera had been the WBO super bantamweight champion in the mid 1990s. Morales, from his part, was undefeated and he had won the WBC super bantamweight title, knocking out Daniel Zaragoza (being the first person to do so) in eleven rounds in 1997. Promoters soon began arrangements for a bout between the WBC and WBO super bantamweight title holders.

  • Screaming Boy Podcast: DC Movies and other stuff
Maybe we'll talk DC movies. Maybe we'll talk something else.

The DC Extended Universe (DCEU) is an American media franchise and shared universe centered on a series of superhero films and television series produced by DC Studios and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It is based on characters that appear in American comic books published by DC Comics. The DCEU also includes comic books, short films, novels, and video games. Like the original DC Universe in comic books, the DCEU was established by crossing over common plot elements, settings, cast, and characters.

  • TV Party Tonight: Scott Pilgrim Takes Off (2023)
Alexis Hejna, Andrew Orozco and Jonas Radulich present their Scott Pilgrim Takes off 2023 TV Show Review! Scott Pilgrim Takes Off is an anime streaming television series developed by Bryan Lee O'Malley and BenDavid Grabinski for Netflix. The series is based on the Scott Pilgrim graphic novels written and drawn by O'Malley, with the entire main cast from the 2010 film adaptation, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, reprising their roles for the English voice cast, and serves as both a sequel and re-imagining of the graphic novel and film. The series was released on November 17, 2023 to critical acclaim.

Unlike the film adaptation, which largely told the same story as the comics, Takes Off features a completely separate plot, with the titular Scott Pilgrim disappearing in the first episode, and Ramona Flowers, his love interest, taking the center stage, as she tries to find out who among the cast was responsible for his disappearance, all whilst other characters within the story work on a fictional adaption of Scott's life.
