In his role as Head of Investments US, Rafael Aregger leads Empira Group´s US business which currently centers around a residential development portfolio in the Sunbelt with a development volume of c. $500 million and a value-add multifamily portfolio in the Midwest worth c. $300 million. Prior to his role at Empira, Rafael Aregger acted as a private equity investor at Partners Group, where he executed private equity investments with a total volume of c. $750 million. He also had roles at Swiss Prime Site, a leading Swiss real estate company, and JP Morgan.
