It's easy to let yourself go especially when it comes to working out/staying fit. It was easy when you were a kid/teen because of sports and tons of physical extracurricular activities. Both as we age whether it because covid has forced us to stay at home temporarily, or just more work and less play. It gets harder to stay fit.
