Our new music teacher and resident Aussie expert shares his story full of travels and adventures and how he managed to survive while growing up in a country full of reasonably deadly flora and fauna. Mr. Kim is slightly more subdued this time as co-host until he pulls out his phone and Shagun tells us what's coming up.

Breigh fascinates us with conspiracy theories, universities, politics, and the BCYP (BC Youth Parliament - @bcyparliament) where she represents our riding as a youth MLA. Mr. Sahli joins us Andy Richter style except with more talking and witty retorts while pianoman Jivan gives us the goods on what's going on for students at our school. #illumisahli

Nicole Dennis from small town Laird, Saskatchewan shares her wisdom from growing up as one of 3 teenagers in a town of 200. She's as multi-talented as she is humble! Ms. Hansen co-hosts, Shagun joins us with school event updates, and I try to fend off the mysterious swarm of flies making my microphone buzz... unsuccessfully - sorry!

Justin Cotter, amazing student teacher for both Ms. Schalk and I, talks to us after being hired as a TOC by Delta and Surrey. He tells us how he decided to become a teacher and what high school was like for him, we get nerdy about education, and Ms. Schalk gets on a dinky plane. Amrika starts us off with student council business and shocks me with my trigger word "wing". Merry Christmas and see you in 2017!

New teacher John Kim talks to us about his experiences being a new teacher at Delview, traveling around the world, growing up and coping with ADHD, and some funny family experiences. Also, it is revealed that he is an excellent dancer. Khushi helps us start this episode with updates on events and other stranger things.

Bradley Lambert, student, guitarist, and welder joins us in the detention room (a la Folsom Prison Blues but not quite) to talk about his passion for music, building things, and all things guitar. Mr. Bonikowsky joins in on a 12 bar blues jam session and talks about his own rock n' roll experiences. Jivan Johal (one of many musical collaborators with Brad) opens up with the latest events at Delview.

Basketball coach and teacher Vlad Nikic talks about life in Yugoslavia, psychology, mental health, being a teacher, and of course basketball. There is no way you can listen and not feel the passion this man has for everything he does. Mr. Turpin joins me as Mr. Nikic shares his appreciation for the Delview family and shares his most recent story of surviving personal tragedy.

Former White Caps defender and our very well loved Youth Care Worker Diaz joins us to talk about immigrating from Uganda, soccer, and life as a pro athlete. Mr. Turpin makes up for my severe lack of soccer knowledge (and brief absence to deal with an issue) and members of the Class of 2016 join me for updates.
