This week we discuss two classics from the 1980s. Spike Lee's 1989  masterpiece Do the Right Thing and 1988's evil cat on a boat movie Uninvited. One is a timeless hard look at American race relations and the other has a cat on a boat. One has an incredible performance from Danny Aiello, the other an incredible fight between George Kennedy and a rubber glove. One is set during a heat wave in the Big Apple, the other on a boat off the coast of Florida. You can see why we would pair these two films together. Episode 59- Do the Venomous Cat Thing

This week it's brother against brother against brother as we force a showdown between all Baldwins not named Alec. First up, the bloated Baldwin named Daniel gets two chances to impress. In Stuart Gordon's King of the Ants he tries his hand at being a greasy drunk crime boss and, in Christopher Guest's 1993 remake of the camp cult classic Attack of the 50ft Woman, he makes an attempt at being a greasy philandering husband who might also be drunk a few times. Second youngest and meltiest looking brother William gets his chance to wow us with Philip Noyce's Sharon Stone led erotic thriller based on an Ira Levin novel, Sliver. Finally baby brother Stephen gets his moment to shine in a movie about the lust boiling in a single college dorm suite in Threesome. THREE BALDWINS ENTER! ONLY ONE LEAVES! The we rest and recuperate in a nice old timey hospital as a broken stuntman tries to con a kid into helping him kill himself, as Tarsem Singh giggles to himself in a corner and pushes us towards The Fall.
