On this episode, Raina O'Dell, a very successful and well known Beachbody Coach, shares her story of overcoming many trials and tribulations in her life. She is a beautiful person who is open and honest about her difficult childhood, being married with two children at the age of 20 to a drug addicted husband, going through a divorce and then being diagnosed with severe Ulcerative Colitis resulting in a permanent ileostomy bag. She shares her story of growth and learning to become a person with much healthier boundaries for family, work and friends. She chooses to inspire others and doesn't hide from her truths. She gives us insight as to how she has gotten through these difficult times with her own quirky spin on life. We loved having this extraordinary woman on our show to share her story.
