Back on Crate Digs after an absence last week due to a power outage - decided to make up for it with a four hour mix.

Exactly two years ago today I did my first DJ gig at a joint Jungle Disco themed party for close friends of mine. I originally joked to my friend Kevin about DJing at one of their house parties as I noticed being a DJ is a good way to be antisocial and social at the same time which seemed appealing to me. Kevin lent me his set of DJ decks and that was the beginning.

Dressed in a full giraffe suit - I had a great time throwing down some classic disco tracks. I didn’t record the set, but I did write down what I played - so this recording is a complete rendition of Kevin and Zara’s jungle disco themed mix.
