Magic gets a lot harder to notice when we grow up, not because it disappears, but because we stop practicing the inner skills that pick up subtle signals. I’m Rainbow Raaja, and I’m sharing the exact energy work and meditation flow I use to build a clear, grounded connection with the fairy realm, even if you feel like your imagination has been “offline” for years.

We start with practical breathwork you can do in minutes: breathing from navel to heart to sense energy moving, then expanding into a crown-to-spine circuit to gently activate your energetic channels. From there, I guide you through waking up your energy tail and opening your energy wings, using earth energy and a loving connection to Source (God, angels, ancestors, or whatever language fits your path). The focus stays on safety and softness: no forcing, no pushing through resistance, just steady attention that trains sensitivity.

Then we shift into a guided journey to meet your fairy guide, ideally outside in nature among plants, trees, birds, and the elements. You’ll follow a path through a field of wildflowers, offer a bouquet with intention, learn your guide’s name, and ask what offerings and meeting places help your new friendship grow. I also share how to integrate what you experienced by drawing a portrait, writing the name down, and creating a simple altar near a houseplant so you can reconnect anytime.

Fairies aren’t a children’s story with glitter and moral lessons. They’re portrayed here as complex, timeless nature spirits with laws, factions, and a long memory of how humans treat the Earth. I’m sharing a grounded PSA on fairy politics and society, plus the “rules of engagement” that show up again and again across fairy folklore, from names and food to gifts, promises, and the hidden cost of careless words.

We walk through 10 fairy laws designed to keep humans safe and relationships clean. Why your full name matters, why you never eat or drink what’s offered, why “thank you” can create a debt, and why you don’t step into a fairy ring without explicit permission. We also talk iron as a serious deterrent, how the Fae read emotion and intention, and why time magic changes the stakes of entering any fairy realm.

You can plan for danger and still be stunned by what saves you. I’m joined by John Graham, a Vietnam veteran and former US Foreign Service officer, to talk about the moments that cracked his worldview open: repeated near-death escapes, PTSD, and an uneasy question that wouldn’t let go. John takes us from war zones and revolutions to trance meditation, out-of-body experiences, and a vivid encounter with a white light that reframed what “reality” even means. 

We get specific about the practices and the pressure points: a skeptical first step into the Inner Peace Movement, strange nighttime “smoke” visions, learning meditation, and then the terrifying sensation of letting go into a deeper trance. John shares the experience that forced him to decide whether he was losing his mind or discovering a larger field of consciousness. He also tells the story of a sudden healing that became his personal proof that something was listening, and how those experiences reshaped his morality, his ethics, and his capacity for compassion.

Reality looks solid until it doesn’t. Today I’m pulling back the curtain on the physical plane and explaining why “what you can touch” might be the smallest slice of what’s actually happening around you. We talk about matter, atoms, and form, but we also make space for the experiences people quietly carry for years: vivid dreams, telepathy with animals, premonitions, ancestral contact, and those moments that make you ask, is reality really what I was taught?

To make it practical, I share two simple maps: the physical world as a dollhouse that holds the game, and the “sheets on a bed” metaphor for how other realms can overlap ours until they brush against us. I also explain a dice-like model of neighboring planes, including plant and animal consciousness, fairy spirits, ghosts, guides, and lower-frequency forces. Whether you see these as literal realms or energetic layers, the point is the same: your perception and your boundaries shape what you experience.

Then we get to the rule that makes everything safer and more empowering: consent. I break down why curiosity is a choice, why boundaries matter, and why starting with plants and animals can be a grounded entry point. I am so excited to launch our new Season.  I am happy to be back after taking time to mourn my father's passing.  This season brings us into a more advanced space of spiritual practice - exploring the realms of reality.

The first month we will be talking about the physical realm, which we are all well accustomed to at this point.  There is much more to this plane than we are led to believe and I will be going into depth about what you can do to manifest your dreams and become an active co-creator of your reality.

The second month, we will be frolicking among the fae.  The faery realm is an under utilized realm of beings of powerful magic that can shift between realities.  This month is discussing the laws of this realm, the beings that reside there and how you can harness the magic that is latent from the overlap of their realm over ours.

The third month, we are expanding our consciousness to access the Akashic Realm, otherwise known as "The Field".  This realm is where universal consciousness resides and is the fabric of all known memory, experience and truth.  By month's end, you will know how to access the Akashic Records to support your own soul's journey and get more accurate information than ChatGPT.

The fourth month, we will be exploring the Astral Realm.  This is the realm where dreams become reality but also where paranormal activity begins.  It is a place of displaced emotions, ghosts, entities and yes, even beings most refer to as demons.  We will tread cautiously, describing the spiritual laws that decide karmic consequences for misusing this realm, as well as how to safety access this realm for powerful healing.
