Sl: Ljubljanski grad je tistega poletnega popoldneva izgledal kot iz pravljice.
En: Ljubljanski grad looked like something out of a fairy tale that summer afternoon.

Sl: Temni oblaki so se nenadoma nabrali na nebu, in poletje je prineslo prvi dež.
En: Dark clouds had suddenly gathered in the sky, and summer brought the first rain.

Sl: Kljub temu je bil grad tiho veličasten.
En: Nevertheless, the castle was quietly majestic.

Sl: Kamenita tla so odsevala dežne kaplje, ki so padale med redke obiskovalce, ki so se skrili pod oboke grajskih hodnikov.
En: The stone floors reflected the raindrops falling among the sparse visitors who sought shelter under the arches of the castle corridors.

Sl: Matej je stal pod enim izmed teh obokov, opazujoč dež, ki je šumel po drevesnih krošnjah.
En: Matej stood under one of these arches, watching the rain that whispered through the tree canopies.

Sl: Njene oči so s se iskrile, medtem ko si je popravljala mokre lase.
En: Her eyes sparkled as she adjusted her wet hair.

Sl: "Zdi se, da nisva edina, ki dež preseneča," se je pošalila, obrnjena k Mateju, ki je opazoval njeno živahnost.

Sl: "Tako praviš kot pravi zgodovinar. Si ljubitelj zgodovine, kajne?"
En: "You say that like a true historian. You're a history enthusiast, aren't you?"

Sl: "Da, zgodovina me zanima od malih nog. In sama?" Matej je previdno vprašal, medtem ko je njegov običajno bolj zadržan jaz našel neko toplo noto v tem preprostem pogovoru.
En: "Yes, history has interested me since I was young. And you?" Matej cautiously asked, while his usually more reserved self found a warm note in this simple conversation.

Sl: "Sem umetnica. Zdaj iščem navdih za svojo novo zbirko," je odgovorila Nina z iskrico v očeh.
En: "I'm an artist. I'm currently seeking inspiration for my new collection," Nina replied with a spark in her eyes.

Sl: "Ljubljanski grad se zdi kot popolno prizorišče za zgodbe. Mogoče mi lahko ti kaj poveš o njegovi zgodovini?"
En: "Ljubljanski grad seems like the perfect setting for stories. Maybe you can tell me something about its history?"

Sl: Matej je okleval za trenutek, preden se je odločil.
En: Matej hesitated for a moment before deciding.

Sl: "Pravzaprav imam eno posebno zgodbo o grajskem dvorišču.
En: "Actually, I have a special story about the castle courtyard.

Sl: Povezana je z zgodovinsko legendo o princesi, ki je tu nekoč živela..." Matej je začel pripovedovati svojo najljubšo zgodbo, njegovo najpomembnejšo skrivnostno pripoved.
En: It's connected to a historical legend about a princess who once lived here..." Matej began to tell his favorite story, his most treasured mysterious tale.

Sl: Nina je z vsakim Matejevim besedam postala vse bolj zavzeta.
En: With each word from Matej, Nina became more and more engrossed.

Sl: "To je tako zgodbarsko! Imam idejo – zakaj ne bi ustvarila umetniškega projekta skupaj?
En: "This is so storylike! I have an idea—why not create an art project together?

Sl: Zgodovina se sreča z umetnostjo.
En: History meets art.

Sl: Skupaj delamo na zgodbi Ljubljanskega gradu."
En: We'll work on the story of Ljubljanski grad together."

Sl: Mateja je presenetilo veselje, s katerim je Nina sprejela njegovo zgodbo.
En: Matej was surprised by the joy with which Nina embraced his story.

Sl: Bilo je, kot bi na nebu zasijal nov svet.
En: It was as if a new world had lit up in the sky.

Sl: Predlog ga je ogrel.
En: The proposal warmed him.

Sl: "Res bi to rada? Bi... res?"
En: "You really would like that? Would you... really?"

Sl: "Seveda! To bi bila čudovita izkušnja," je z nasmehom potrdila Nina.
En: "Of course! It would be a wonderful experience," Nina confirmed with a smile.

Sl: Ko sta dež in oblaki pričeli počasi bledeti, se je v Ljubljani pričel senčiti nov dan.
En: As the rain and clouds began to slowly fade, a new day started to dawn in Ljubljana.

Sl: Matej in Nina sta se odpravila navzdol po grajskem hribu, polna idej in načrtov za prihodnost.
En: Matej and Nina walked down the castle hill, full of ideas and plans for the future.

Sl: S skupno kombinacijo zgodovine in umetnosti sta začela svojo umetniško avanturo.
En: With a combination of history and art, they began their artistic adventure.

Sl: Matej je ob strani nove prijateljice začutil, da je mogoče slišati in razumeti njegovo strast.
En: By the side of his new friend, Matej felt it was possible to be heard and understood in his passion.

Sl: Na ta deževen dan je Matej našel tisto, kar je iskal – nekoga, ki je delil njegovo ljubezen do zgodovine in kulture ter mu pomagal odpreti svet, poln barvitih možnosti.
En: On that rainy day, Matej found what he was looking for—someone who shared his love for history and culture and helped him open up a world full of colorful possibilities.
