September is Suicide prevention Month. To help shine light on the subject we deep dive into Michelle's personal and professional experience. This episode is a continuation of part 1.
She tells us how her husband suffered from bi- polar and schizophrenia, that went undiagnosed for years. Then when they started seeking help it was a taboo topic.

She shares "My husband hide his illness so well that when he told the hospital, I'm just an angry wife and that he was fine, they believed him and released him." What a chilling thought especially with the events that followed.

Shortly after that her husband committed suicide. For years she kept it a secret from friends and her own sons. It took 11 years of healing from within to share her story. Now she helps others with mental health issues.

She is truly inspiring and the work she does defiantly helps shine a light on the taboo subject.

This weeks interview was an honor. It's taken a couple months to figure out schedules as our guest Phil Mershon is a busy event planner for The Social media examiner. He helps organize the biggest social media conferences in the World. These events draw in thousands every year.
