Sometimes growth requires us to talk about and acknowledge the most challenging times in our lives, which can step from being raised in toxic environments. Toxic environments will look different to all of us, whether that means being raised by narcissistic family members or emotionally unavailable parents.
In this vulnerable episode, we talk about three important aspects:
1.) Recognizing that you were raised in a toxic environment
2.) Recognizing that being raised in toxic environments brings self-awareness and attention to seeing your parents in a different light
3.) How to navigate the process from being self-aware of being raised in toxic environments, to navigating it into adulthood and finding peace
