How do we maintain friendships that mean so much to us but live across the country? In this episode, I talk about how I maintain my long-distance friendships, fun ways to stay connected to keep the friendship alive, and how to honor your moments of solitude when your friends are afar without feeling guilty.

Do you consider yourself to be a kind person? But are you kind to yourself? Self-compassion has been something that I have been learning about and has been instrumental in my healing era. How can we be more kind to ourselves after hardship, trauma, crisis, or when life gets hard?

I have been catching up on TV and movies I didn't realize I missed out on for the past two years. Sometimes life can come in hard and fast, and priorities shift and change that we feel we miss out on our life. But here is something I discovered that made me recognize that I did not have the FOMO. When I stepped into my 30's I didn't realize that I was going to be unlearning a lot of things I learned as a child until adulthood. My 30s have been a celebration of who I am, but I am grieving parts of me that no longer resonate. But, I find that I have been slowly coming home to me. In this episode, I talk about a topic I had to learn in my 30s that I wish my 22-year-old self had. Is this a secret ingredient to success? Let's find out.

In this week's episode, we cook Mediterranean Chicken & Rice and talk about how to cultivate patience during stagnancy and uncertain times.
If you are a high-productive, multi-passionate woman, sometimes it can be hard to rest. We are so used to being worker bees and finding solutions to everything and anything. But sometimes life calls us to have some deep moments of rest and healing to prepare for what is to come. In this episode, I talk about a new mindset that helps me to be kinder to myself, all inspired by the Gilmore Girls.
