Supporting our children confidence can be done in many simple ways every day. How we help the face a difficult task or how much we exposed them to things outside of their comfort zone can all help or break the process. In this episode I share with you a simple observation that can help you assess your child's preferred approach to building confidence, as well as how I use it in my session with young people.
