  • Episode 3- No time to cook healthy, The power of EMOM's, P has fun new words!
We're talking all things parenthood, fitness, and nutrition.

In today's episode I get into the problem that a lot of parents have, which is finding the time to grocery shop/cook healthy meals, and then settling for eating out.

The problem with this is that restaurants in our society make it tough to find a healthy option.

I go through a couple of my most recent experiences with this.

I also talk about the EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout format and how great it is when you only have 10-20 minutes to workout.

Then we tlak about about Peyton's newest words and the brutal honesty that kids give that is both hilarious and heart breaking.

I hope you enjoy the episode! Please share it with someone if you liked it, or leave a review.

  • Episode 2- Peyton's new words, Holiday season tips, Single leg deadlifts
In this episode we're talking all things parenthood, fitness, and nutrition.

We start off my talking about some new words that Peyton is adding to her vocabulary, and some fun things that we've been up to.

We talk about sleep deprivation that comes along with having a newborn and how that can crush all motivation to eat healthy and workout. Especially when everyone keeps bringing you sweets!

Then we talk about some of the latest workotus we've been doing at the gym and with our home workout program. Lots of single leg and single arm movements.

Then we talk Thanksgiving. I gave 3 of my favorite tips when it comes to the holiday season, along with some of the foods that I used to eat growing up on Thanksgiving.

I hope you enjoy the episode!
