In this episode we have guest Alan Placer on to discuss men making their own way in business and in life. As you'll hear, Alan's life and business have had their ups and downs, yet Alan always seems to come out on top. Why? Because men enable themselves to be successful through hard work and resiliency. Give this a listen to find out more!
Lucky you! You all are in for a treat because it's a whole episode about CHRIS!!!!!
Seriously though.
Jordan had the great idea that we host an episode to give you all insight into how I think, where I came from, and why I started Raising Minutemen, so, here's an episode about that.
This week Jordan and I tackled some interesting subjects, in true Minutemen fashion.
Soleimani, Iran, war, love, peace, climate change, and the media somehow all made it into this week's podcast. An even better, somehow it all made sense and stayed on task. It's not easy work, but we do it, even though I have no idea how.
What can you teach your boys from all this? Are there lessons to be learned? Well, we sure hope so otherwise we just talked for no reason! Give this a listen and let us know!
By now everyone knows what went down in Texas, or rather what was stopped. Yet some people want to either flat out not admit this to be proof that citizens can protect themselves, or try and dimish the story by pointing out facts that mean nothing. Here is mine and Jordan's take on the incident and how you can prepare yourself to the level of Jack Wilson.
Fair is a buzzword now, but what does fair really mean? It seems that now the definition of fair is being handed things, but is that right? Should people still have to work for things? Is it possible to change your life situation, or will it always be unfair?
This week I sat down with Hamody Jasim, known as the Terrorist Whisperer, to discuss growing up under a true dictatorship and rising up to fight back. His story is truly compelling and places into perspective what an unchecked government is truly capable of. Enjoy and reflect on the freedom that we sometimes take for granted, and how this country is truly an anomaly in the world.
Some people would tell you that anchors are good in life. People and things to keep you grounded and on task. But what happens when those people are doing exactly what anchors are designed to do? When they are holding you in place and not allowing you to move forward? Listen and find out. Also, Jordan talks about Emus.
This week Jordan and I tackled the hard stuff. Not really, well, maybe. You decide. Freedom. Do you really understand it? Does this country? What does it really mean? Also, there's some taxes and Transexuals mixed in there for good measure.
I have promised you great guests and first up is my friend, Eric Tansey, owner of Instill Distilling Co. in Clayton, NC.
What does it take to drive a business? Does anything go to plan? How do you recover when it doesn't? How do you find the resolve to keep going when it sucks?
Listen in as Eric talks about how his business is thriving even though he and his staff have been hit with job loss, medical issues and deployments all begging to strip attention and energy away from the business.
What is Ego to you and what does it do? Does it hold you back? Is it healthy?
