Is it possible to gain it back? Indeed you can. As a parent/ adult our job is to raise our children with joy not to be like us, but to be better. A lot of broken souls because people didn't grow with the knowledge of being themselves it has been a do what I say prison. And life shouldn't be like that teaching in love and respect with stability and boundaries will win. Love true love concurs a lot of the unnecessary bullshit!
