Do you need a portfolio as a creative? The Answer is always yes. But its the quality of the content and not so much the quantity of the work you have that matters the most.

Only in a perfect world is letting your work speak for its self a reality. Today, with so much noise and digital clutter your work does not stand a chance at being heard if you're not willing to throw in and let people know you're still here. We're turning so many corners here at Unmanageables as we look to what are bigger ways we can participate and provide content that matters. Self-promotion is just the beginning.

Being black is not an anchor for black people. Though it does take some extra maneuvering to navigate the waters of being a black creative, being afforded the same opportunities as our white counterparts, and knowing our worth and getting paid to do the work we're good at.
