Shawn Harrison is the author of Ministering to Gay Teenagers, a book for church leaders, families, and individuals. In addition to the book, Shawn teaches and counsels gay individuals, families, and church leaders as they navigate the journey of faith and sexuality, centering around who God is and who they are in Christ. Shawn has been in ministry for over 20 years, and is currently a pastor in Ohio, where he lives with his wife and kids. My first interaction with Shawn was at the LIFE conference in 2016 where he taught a breakout session for leaders. I immediately bought his book and have used it many times throughout my ministry. I am so glad he was willing to join me, share his story, and talk about his work!

Everett Fritz has over 15 years of experience in youth ministry and is founder and executive director of Andrew Ministries, a nonprofit devoted to training parishes in discipleship and family based youth ministry. Luke Schriefer is currently the director of ministry development and community & missional engagement with Inca Link, an organization whose mission is to reach the 300 million youth of Latin America with Christ’s irresistible love. Joshua is the founder and editor of Becoming Minimalist, a website dedicated to intentional living. Brian is currently Professor of Pastoral and Christian Ministries at Asbury University. He has been involved in local church youth ministry for over 20 years serving in churches in multiple states, including Kentucky where he currently serves a church in Nicholasville. Prior to being hired at Asbury, Brian served at the Church of the Nazarene Headquarters working for USA/Canada Nazarene Youth Ministries. He has been involved in the training of youth and youth leaders at local, regional, national and international levels as well helping to coordinate youth ministry networks.  Brian is also a frequent guest speaker at camps, retreats, special services, and training events for youth, youth leaders, and churches.
