On this episode I discuss my experience at a Witality event that I attend this past week. I also discuss prioritizing your healing journey as well as your mental health.

On this episode we discuss perceptions. Sometimes life is about how you perceive things. Instead of viewing my daughter’s death in a negative light. I choose to look at it in a positive light. I didn’t loose a daughter I gained an Angel. We also discussed turning pain into purpose. And the steps I’ve taken to turn my purpose into a reality.

This is my first episode and first podcast recording, so go easy on me. I’m brand new to podcasting but thought this could be a healthy way to grieve from the loss of my daughter while also giving someone else hope to continue on their journey. I hope by being transparent and sharing my story that it will help someone else heal as well. Just know you are not alone and hopefully we can build a community of bereaved parents who come together to love and support one another
