One of the classic rounds of the WRC, Rally Italy has had some changes over the years, with Sanremo initially being mixed surface before pure tarmac and then the move to Sardinia in 2004. Both locations have played host to some thrilling contests and this week we look back at 2 of them!

In 2007 Jonas Andersson made the trip to the south west of Ireland to sit alongside Kris Meeke in the Rally of the Lakes, despite having only called English pacenotes once before and never competed with Kris previously they went on to win the event and in some style up against a great roster of talent that weekend. This was intended to be part of a feature on that event which was cancelled in the wake of the passing of Craig Breen, however we decided to put it out there on its own. Enjoy.

After a bit of time off we are back to revisit two classic Portuguese outings in the 90's of the World Rally Championship, in this case 1995 & 1998. On the calendar since 1973, Portugal has had no shortage of classic events and these two are no different.

When the music stopped when Group B was culled, the career arcs of many were either cut short completely or forced to follow a different path through no fault of their own. This week we choose 6 drivers who fell foul - or indeed some who perhaps were better for - the demise of Group B.

Its the end of Season 2 and with it the last episode of the year. Killian visits Donagh Kelly's amazing Stables Motorsport Centre to drool over its contents and we bring you a walkthrough with the man himself. Donagh is a legend of Irish Rallying and was very generous in giving up his time to have us visit. We also look back on the year we have had and our Rally DNA journey so far.

One of the most highly regarded motorsport engineers of his generation, Ray Sherratt’s full-time rally career spanned four decades and took in innumerate cars, teams and drivers. Indeed, his CV reads like a veritable ‘who’s who’ of Golden Age rally talent, with individuals such as Roger Clark, Ari Vatanen, Didier Auriol and both Jimmy and Colin McRae all featuring heavily (as does a certain black and white, wide-arched Mk2 Escort).
