Governor of Virginia Ralph Northam should resign. A photo has emerged on his page in his college yearbook that shows two men: One in blackface and one in a Klan uniform. Northam originally apologized and said he was in the photo. THEN he backtracked and said it wasn't him, BUT he had worn blackface on a different occasion. It's such a mess and there's no way for him to govern.
