This is somewhat a special edition together with Ralph Scholz, Founder and CEO of Fitness Connected a Fitness trade show first time happening November 18-20 in Munich, Germany.  In the episode we discuss his background in the fitness industry,  both as running another  Fitness trade show in Cologne and in the drivers seat of different fitness/ gym chains in Germany and how this contributed to kicking off Fitness Connected as a more futuristic concept. Therefore I am  super happy that Ralph reached out to me to take care of a Biohacking space on the show, which is going to blend approachable Biohacks with a  quite concrete programming around Preparation and Recovery based on the latest on Cold, Warmth and Photobiomodulation. .
