AlhamduliLlah we begin the next third of Ramadan. One especially created for us to reflect and express our need for Allah's Forgiveness. None as is merciful as our Lord. And even if our sins were as expansive as the oceans in the world, He Forgives...as long as we ask. May He find our repentance sincere and worthy of His Pleasure. Aamiin.

What we think we are, we believe. When we start with gentle thoughts, gentle words become easier. Speaking to our heart with mindful gentleness helps us attain more of kindness for others and especially for ourself. And our Lord is AlLateef: The Most Gentle who enjoins on us, gentleness.

We are the reflection of the kindness and gentleness we treat ourselves. When we speak harshly and badly about ourself internally, we unconsciously see others through that harsh, bad prism. When we think to ourself, about our self, in kindness and gentleness we find it easy to be kind and bear kindly with others. So, be kind and start with self. May Allah make kindness easy for you to spread. Aamiin.

The more we grow up into our own person the more we may find some differences between us and our Parents. It can be hard to navigate these differences but with dua and Allah's mercy, we can always beautify our relationship with them. May Allah bless our Parents and have mercy on them, always. Aamiin.

As Young Adults, it's hard not to be sucked into the rush that we want to do all things and we CAN do all the things we want.

When we stumble or fall, it hits us hard and it can be devastating making us wonder, who cares?

Allah Does.

Knowing Allah will always meet us whenever and wherever we need Him is something we can always count on. So, when we are hurt, scared, or scarred, we can always call on Him to envelop us in His Care, His Grace, His Mercy.

Because He is Especially Merciful.

Our Dua can either be spontaneous or methodical. They could also be a serene communication with our Lord, Most High. Imagine pouring out your deepest reflections to your Lord Who already knows more than you can say or write. It brings you clarity on your journey to communicating with your Lord, As-Sattar. Keeping a Dua Diary brings your reflection and even your asking into better focus as design and hope and show gratitude for dua past made and answered.

Asking Allah is something we may find ourself unconsciously doing especially for things we utterly desire. However, it is important that we ask intentionally and consciously know the good our desires will bring for us in this life and in the hereafter. Allah, the Most Loving, loves to hear from us. May we find our dua pleasing to Allah. Aamiin

As a Teen,. expecting things, wanting things and in some way or some form demanding them to be just the way we want them is acutely "normal". Even though we may not get what we want, noticing those moments we got things we didn't even know we needed or wanted can begin to shape us better into realizing just how powerful contentment is to finding happiness, all around us. Contentment is a space and it is a state.

Too many times we are told to fear Allah and He is the most worthy to be feared. However, Loving Allah is something that is of epitome importance in our journey to staying connected to Him. And how can we not love the One Who has bestowed upon us, many blessings in our most erring moments as much as our most connected ones. The ever Forgiving, The most Merciful.
