  • Why politics matters....
What's up, you guys! This week was a small unorganised episode on my opinion about choosing politics as a career and why it not as bad after all. In fact, I really like studying political science, and although there's a difference between studying the subject and actually working in that field, I believe that we need the representation of the youth in the political sphere today! Hope you enjoy this week's episode. Follow on Instagram- https://www.instagram.com/yourmondaymail.podcast/ and you can find me on Anchor- https://anchor.fm/yourmondaymailpod See you next Monday

  • Practically (im)perfect...in every way
What's up! We are brought up in a culture where pushing ourselves to our breaking point looks like an achievement. Although there's no harm in wanting to have a routine and schedule to your life, a rigid mindset can be harmful for your mental health. Join me as I talk about my experience with perfectionism and how I am actively trying to break up with the toxic aspect of it! It's okay for life to be practically (im)perfect... in every way:) Follow on Instagram- https://www.instagram.com/yourmondaymail.podcast/ and you can find me on Anchor- https://anchor.fm/yourmondaymailpod See you next Monday
